It is ideal to arrive 5-10 minutes before your actual appointment time.
For individual services we require 24 hours notice of cancellations. For group parties of 3 or more, we require no less than 72 hours notice of cancellation. Guests who do not comply will either be charged a fee, or required to leave a credit card on file for any services booked in the future.
All waxing starts at the price listed on our website and goes up from that depending on how much wax in needed or how long the appointment can take.
Your hair needs to be at least a quarter of an inch long.
You should shower, exfoliate and shave before arriving for your spray tan. Do not use any lotions or creams on your body prior. It’s best to come without make-up or deodorant on as well.
We provide disposable thongs that you may wear during your spray tanning session, however if you have your own clothing you’d rather wear, it is completely up to you. Just keep in mind that where ever you have on clothing, there will be a distinct tan line.
Wear loose clothing, flip flops/slip on shoes and preferably no bra, or a strapless bra. We do not suggest wearing white clothing while your spray tan is setting.
We have two different solutions. Our original solution requires that you wait at least 8 hours before showering. Our City solutions require that you wait no less than 30 minutes or no more than 90 minutes to shower.

Depending on the number of lashes applied and the skill of the stylist, a full set (approximately 60-80 lashes per eye) will take from 90 to 150 minutes to complete. Re-Lashes, every 2 to 4 weeks after, take 30 to 60 minutes.
One of the primary advantages of Xtreme Lashes® is that you won't need mascara. However, if you want to wear mascara, ask your Xtreme Lashes® Certified Stylist about Xtreme Lashes® Mascara, specially formulated to be compatible with eyelash extensions. Never use waterproof or oil-based mascara.
Do not curl your lashes or wear any mascara. Remove contact lenses and thoroughly clean your lashes with a mild, water based cleanser. Eyelids and lashes must be completely clean and dry.
Ask your Xtreme Lashes® Certified Stylist for an after-care guide for your new Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extensions. Use products specially formulated for eyelash extensions such as our exclusive Extreme Eye Makeup Remover and Facial Cleanser™.
When properly applied and regularly maintained, Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extensions can last indefinitely. As your natural lashes shed, the extensions that are attached also shed, and new lashes begin to grow. With re-lashes, new extensions are added to the newest lashes to replace those that have shed to maintain a full, natural look.
Our True facials include a double cleanse, exfoliation, an enzyme mask, a customized mask and a relaxation period of neck and shoulder massage, followed up with a moisturizer.
A massage is just manipulation of the soft tissue. A body treatment is targeted more towards skin care and other specified treatments.
Any form of underwear, boxers, briefs or bottoms that do not cover your legs. The parts of the body being massaged are the feet, legs, back, arms and neck.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unopened, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items that you have tried on and they have makeup on them, you WILL NOT be given a refund and items will be sent back to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a service with tracking, or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You may not return or exchange:
Final sale/clearance items, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Basics, Sunglasses, or any other item we might consider an accessory.
We process our returns within 1-2 business days.
After we inspect and process our returns, you will receive a cancellation email. From this point please allow 2-5 business days for your refund to appear on your original form of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund and it is after the 5th business day, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We cannot guarantee an exchange, and therefore do not do online exchanges. We cannot guarantee that an item won't be sold out once your return comes in. Our policy does not allow us to hold online items. It is advised to go ahead and purchase the item in the size that you need from the website, like you would usually purchase something, and then send the incorrectly sized item back to us for a full refund.
